CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
It is important for us to guarantee you the best possible experience, from the first moment you visit our website and for all your purchases. For this reason we decided to make the policy of made even more rapid and simple.
If your purchase does not satisfy you at 100%, you can return one or more items within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. Products that belong to the same order must be returned together in a single package. Returns must always be shipped from the same country in which the order was received, to avoid extra transport costs at your expense.
Before making a return, please read all the return conditions carefully.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPPING THE RETURN
Carefully pack the items in the original packaging of the order, if possible, otherwise use an appropriate shipping package.
Send an email to the email address: email@example.com. We will organize the return.
We will verify and accept your return within 1-3 working days from receipt of the package and send you an e-mail confirming the issue of the refund.
The refund always includes the price of the returned items and the original shipping costs. For our return service, you will be deducted a sum equal to the shipping costs of the order (if the shipment was free, the return will be free).
Remember that the refund is made through the payment method chosen to pay for the original order.
The time to display credit on your account may vary based on different payment methods and based on local banking procedures.
For reasons related to tracking and security, we advise you to send returns using the procedure and the above mentioned procedure.

If you choose to send the return using a different courier or shipping method, the costs will be entirely at your expense and you will have to pay any shipping charges in advance. In these cases, Moreo Srl does not assume responsibility for any refunds or compensation in the event of loss, theft, mismanagement or damage to the returned goods.
RESTRICTIONS FOR RETURNS
Changes are not permitted
The return must be sent from the same country in which the order was made. We will not accept any returns from a different country.
If the order was shipped within the European Union, the shipping costs will be refunded.
Outside the European Union, all shipping costs and customs taxes will be paid by the buyer.
